What is coaching?
Coaching is person centred and non directional which means the client decides on the focus or goal for their sessions, therefore giving them full autonomy.
It is a safe, secure partnership between client and coach where the coach walks alongside the client supporting them to gain new insight and think, feel and act differently as a result.
